What would you say to 14-year-old you? Being a teen today isn’t easy. With everything happening in the world—from politics to the constant pressure of social media—teens are navigating more anxiety and insecurity than ever before. As Urban Outfitters’ youngest consumers, it’s important we continue to show up for them, just as they’ve always shown up for us.

During my internship at Urban Outfitters, I was challenged to explore how AI could be leveraged within my role at URBN. In response, I’m proposing a brand experience designed to strengthen the relationship between UO Home Office employees, retail employees, and customers. At the heart of this concept is human connection and shared experiences, with AI serving as a supportive tool to guide communication. In my project, I explored how that could come to life visually.
